Can I pay the full amount upfront? +
Yes — some clients prefer to pay 100% upfront for simplicity. This is fine and can be agreed in the contract. The 30/70 model is our default to protect you, but you're free to choose.
How long does the agreement process take? +
Usually 1–3 days. We discuss requirements, draft the agreement, both sides review and sign. Once signed and 30% is received, development starts the same day or next business day.
What if I want changes during development? +
Minor changes are included. Major changes that go beyond the original spec may require a revised agreement and additional cost — we'll always discuss this with you before proceeding. Nothing is added without your approval.
What's the Revenue Share option? +
Instead of paying the full price upfront, you can partner with Nova-IT. We build the platform, you run the business, and we agree a monthly revenue split in writing — for example 80% yours / 20% ours. This is a full contract-based partnership. Discuss with admin to see if you qualify.
Can I see examples of past work first? +

Nova-IT Service reserves the right to pause services if payment is overdue.

For revenue share models, the monthly share must be paid between the 1st–5th of each month.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are agreed in the project contract. Delays caused by the client will not be the responsibility of Nova-IT Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Full ownership transfers to the client upon complete payment. Nova-IT Service retains ownership of all code and designs until full payment is received.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We keep all client business information strictly confidential. An NDA can be provided upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nova-IT Service is not liable for failures of third-party services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
8. Contract Cancellation
