Start by messaging our admin on WhatsApp. Tell us what kind of site you need — White Label platform, E-Commerce store, custom software, or anything else. No idea is too big or too small.
Admin will review your requirements and provide a clear proposal — features, timeline, cost breakdown and payment terms. You ask any question you want. Nothing moves forward until you are 100% clear and satisfied.
Once both sides agree, we draw up a simple written agreement. It covers exactly what will be built, the delivery timeline, payment schedule (30% advance / 70% on delivery) and the refund terms. Both parties sign — you have full legal protection.
After signing, you deposit 30% of the agreed amount directly to admin. This confirms your order and development begins immediately. You'll receive updates throughout the process.
We deliver the completed site for your review. You check everything against the agreed specification. If you're satisfied, you pay the remaining 70% and the site goes live. If anything needs adjustment — we fix it first, no questions asked.
Nova-IT is contractually obligated to deliver what was agreed. If we fail — you get your money back.

Delivery timelines are agreed in the project contract. Delays caused by the client will not be the responsibility of Nova-IT Service.
Full ownership transfers to the client upon complete payment. Nova-IT Service retains ownership of all code and designs until full payment is received.
We keep all client business information strictly confidential. An NDA can be provided upon request.
Nova-IT Service is not liable for failures of third-party services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
All disputes will first be attempted to resolve through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be settled under UK law.
